Dear Sir, I, the signer, confirm and assure you with my corporate authority and legal responsibility as a result of the MANDATE OF Dareen Al Ahliya Company, which is ready, capable and willing to enter into an agreement of Purchase Contract with your REFINERY for CRUDE OIL from IRAQ , SOMO, KUWUAIT and ARAMCO. This MANDATE will be sent as soon as your refinery has the intention to enter into an agreement for the purchase of crude oil. This agreement will terminate when reaching the purchase-sale contract MANDATE by your refinery. In this contract, we can offer very attractive discounts for your refinery, we start with some simple formalities until the allocation of product (POP) and financial resources carrying out the TTM. We are willing to obtain a contract for the supply of crude oil for your refinery in accordance with your processing capability. In the event of not being registered in ARAMCO, we will do the corresponding procedure to be treated under a supply contract. This procedure benefits the facilities to be supplied by crude oil from SAUDI ARABIA. We request a letter written by you providing instructions and our legal advisers will confirm that your BUYER MANDATE has and will put everything accredited in the contract between both parties and that you are willing to buy what is previously agreed by the same purchase contract and putting the companies involved in this negotiation, your acceptance of our MANDATE and the signing of contract before a notary, our acceptance of your requirements, commission for the facilitators, and delivery of the funds in US BANKS or where indicated in the contracts.
